Harvest Time

In agriculture for harvest is the process of cutting and harvesting in the fields of ripe grain. Can be done by hand or with the aid of mechanical equipment. Cereals, by Ceres, Ceres, the Roman goddess of the harvest and the fields, is a term used to refer to certain agricultural products of food interest. The widespread production is justified by the ease of cultivation despite the environmental conditions often prohibitive for many other crops. Rich in starch are characterized by the high digestibility and ease of preservation, also as flour , contributes to a more wide spread.

To make it even easier today the production, in addition to the natural characteristics of the cereals already mentioned, it also adds the introduction of machines that speed up the operations of sowing and harvest.
